Invoices on file show Henderson spending in excess of £10, 000 being spent Jaguar specialists RM and J Smith in Crewe, Martin Robey, and BAS before selling in 2008 to local garage owner Neil Miller who kept the car taking mileage to 17, 915 before selling to Graham Bull at Camberley Marine & Sports Cars who sold the car in February 2011 to the penultimate owner, Guy Manners, a senior manager at Estee Lauder Cosmetics. His first mark was the installation of a Motorola 114 radio with modern internals from The Vintage Wireless Company. July 2012 Picton Sportscars overhauled the engine including regrinding the crank, replacing the clutch and ignition at a cost of £5, 000. ![]() Further restoration work costing £2, 000 and £2, 750 at Watjag. Mileage by 2018 mileage had grown to 50, 718 and the engine was again overhauled with a cylinder head rebuild. During Manners ownership invoices are on file totalling over £20, 000. The current owner bought the car in early 2019 from Manners and is selling to fund his historic race team. The car is an older restoration with extensive ongoing mechanical work so presents as a great driving car with the benefit of an extraordinarily detailed history.
